When you fist visit Abbey Chiropractic and Wellness Centre we will take a complete medical history, and you will then receive a full physical examination. This includes testing your joints for normal range of motion, assessing your muscle and nerve responses in various locations, as well as examining your spine for any interference. You may be required to get x-rays, MRI scans if needed. If you are only interested in massage or weight loss, then your consultation won’t include all of the above.

With the above complete you are now ready to begin your care, targeting the areas that are causing you the biggest problems. Your program may consist of Chiropractic, Massage, Exercises, Nutrition or a combination.
